After the fall of Harvest Moon, Mia spent all her time on the run. Never once really looking back. That being said, she found the further away from the pack lands she had gotten the more Hunters there had been. All of which hunting her kind and in droves. After making a near-fatal mistake that cost her, her freedom, Mia was captured and tortured. Strapped down and held down by silver, she was experimented on for several weeks, the scientist that held her found that she had what could only be described as a natural immunity to silver. Not like how humans do not react to it, but short of large injections of silver, her body would expel the silver on its own without too many harsh side-effects that every other of her kind had. While did burn her, it would not kill her in high amounts like it would others. Finding her with this high "Tolerance" of silver, they continued to experiment on her in the most horrifying ways. A few months after her capture, the scientist had been transporting her along with a while cruise ship worth of others of her kind to a hidden facility. Thinking herself doomed, Mia relented and believed herself dead, that was until an unlikely friend appears. Fromir, Pulling her from her restraints he freed her and sent her off to safety as he and Lyra destroyed the voyage. That was all she would remember until she woke up on an abandoned Island puking up liters of salt-water and silver. There is where she learned the fate of her captures and reunited with her packmates Lyra and Silva. With theirs and Fromirs, and many others, help they were able to not only survive but escape the islands.
